  • Scaling and unlocking funding: 70% user growth and 83% CTR

    Scaling and unlocking funding

We were challenged to scale an in-corporation startup to unlcok internal funding and position them for external investment.

An internal B2B2C vet platform startup needed to scale but faced challenges in driving results, pivoting quickly, and adopting a lean, signal-driven approach. I accelerated growth by first improving product features. Then I enabled tracking as well an automated omnichannel campaign, better leveraged strategic partnerships and strengthened the organizational strategy to build better practices.

In the end they unlocked this funding, had a product roadmap I prioritized and refined and achieved 70% increase in user adoption/new users and an 83% CTR increase.

  • Sharpening ecomm strategic priorities (Retail)

A major Latin American multinational retail and eCommerce company needed to refine its roadmap and become more agile in decision-making.

They struggled with prioritization, lacking a structured approach to tie strategic initiatives to user insights and measurable business impact. I led an agile workshop to reshape their process, aligning key eCommerce improvements—shipping clarity, insurance, and return policies—with trackable KPIs. I also developed a user research plan to validate priorities and de-risk new business initiatives.

My three day workshop pulled together a prioritized roadmap with a grounding in user insights and tailored KPIs to track success. They also had a framework and vocabulary to drive strategic agility moving forward.

  • User focused AI-enabled policy (Public sector)

We were challenged to modernize public works experience systems, making bidding on projects more transparent, accessible, and efficient across multiple state-level agencies.

I built high client confidence, and wove together user, employee and stakeholder concerns to create a platform that would make this process end to end. The current state was complex, outdated and limited review/enforcement. Department leaders had a partial view into other agencies processes.

I defined and drove stakeholder alignment to an algorithmic policy interpretation platform that automated grant management and wage enforcement, reducing processing time from weeks to minutes. By bringing a PLG approach to feature definition I focused on adoption and the end to end platform pulled from three agencies. This improved access for businesses and ensured a more competitive, cost-effective use of taxpayer dollars. A strategic MVP and product roadmap combined with comm strategy aligned the diverse stakeholders .

  • Pharmacy for the underinsured (Healthcare)

I led a 20-person global team to deliver an integrated pharmacy delivery experience that generated a $20M business impact and secured an accessibility award. This positioned the company as a digital leader in prescription fulfillment.

Facing a highly regulated environment amid a multi-year migration to microservices with limited documentation, I established a unified product vision and streamlined design workflows to drive cross-functional collaboration.

By aligning marketing, analytics, and patented UX innovations while supporting the extraction of undocumented API data, I ensured the solution met all compliance requirements and transformed the organization’s approach to e-commerce.

  • Fractional CEO and CPO support

Product strategy to launch roadmap (AEC)

Brought in as a strategic partner to the CEO and CPO of a Series F startup, I refined and accelerated the go-to-market strategy for an innovative construction management platform. I collaborated with the CTO and CPO to align organizational strategy across product, engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, establishing a scalable framework for rapid MVP deployment.

During the pandemic, I facilitated the first virtual workshops at McKinsey. I defined clear strategic priorities and streamlined cross-functional collaboration to support the initiative.

I ultimately positioned the product platform to empowers construction teams to efficiently manage projects from design to project management, transforming multi-family housing construction.

  • Building software to make dumb cars smart (OEM)

At Pearl Automation—a Silicon Valley startup backed by Venrock and Accel and founded by former Apple employees—I served as Head of Software, leading product strategy for embedded, iOS, Android, ML, and web teams to transform traditional vehicles into smart ones.

Faced with the challenge of integrating diverse technology platforms into a seamless user experience for RearVision—an advanced backup camera and alert system that delivers real-time video to drivers’ smartphones—I orchestrated cross-functional collaboration and optimized the product roadmap.

RearVision emerged as a pioneering solution in the automotive aftermarket, enhancing user engagement and positioning the company as a market leader in smart automotive technology.
